UVic, Human & Social Development Bldg., Room A260/A250. Open to all K -12 students. Registration: 9:15 – 9:45am Start: 10:00 am sharp. Finish: 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Entry fee $15. Format: 8-10 Rd Swiss or Rd Robin 15 minutes each player for novice section. 5 round swiss or round robin 25 min. plus 5sec. increment for other sections. 2 or 3 sections depending on turnout Tie Breaks – 5 min. blitz knockout.
